Are you trying to figure out who's who and what's what here at The Church On The Way? Want some help? Take a look at this! Since God has done incredible things in our church family, it takes a great team to help make it all happen. Keep in mind that we once were only a handful of people, but now there are multiplied thousands of us. In the beginning we only had one meeting place, but now we have three campuses filled with buildings. No wonder it takes a sizable team to keep it going. And not all of the team are on the staff, but that's another story. Let's just help you get familiar with the main leaders—our pastors.
Our Senior Pastor, Jim & Alice Tolle coach this team and the Senior Executives are his assistant coaches, each overseeing other pastors who lead specific ministries. There are more than 30 devoted and biblically-trained pastors on this team, both men and women. We hope you'll enjoy their bios and get to know them better.
